What are the delivery charges?

Bala Solutions provides Free Delivery.
Cash On Delivery option not available.

What is the estimated delivery time?
Item will be delivered in 7-12 days from the order date. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (i.e., Monday – Friday). Each order is dispatched after successful confirmation of payment. Our team regularly coordinate with courier teams for timely delivery. However, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. But still in that cases also our team regular coordinate courier team for earliest delivery.

How will the delivery be done?
We send all packages via India post.

How do I track my shipment?

Bala Solutions notify our customers via a shipment confirmation via email or message within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email or message will have the couriers’ tracking number. 

What pin codes do you ship to?
We use India post to ship all orders that covers all Pincodes.

What Type of Payment Method available?

You can pay via all major VISA or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards using our payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. 

What is your Return Policy?

We are happy to offer a 10 days, return policy (with full refund in case of Rupay debit card or Paytm UPI ) for unused and unworn items. For remaining payment methods 4% transaction fee will be applicable. We recommend to use  Rupay debit card or Paytm UPI to avoid these charges. Free return shipping is applicable only when costs do not exceed Rs. 50.

In case charges exceed Rs. 50, all charges (return shipping, duties, taxes, fees, etc.) in excess of Rs. 50 will be adjusted against customer refund. You have to return parcel via India post only to receive refund.

Damage Or Other Order Issues

We recommend you to make unboxing video for any kind order issues. Our team will investigate and initiate refund after full investigation only. You have to contact with in 2 days on receipt of order. We reserve full right to reject claim process if you are failed to provide required evidences.
